This announcement video was created to recognize the U.S. approval of V116, now known as CAPVAXIVE. The video features senior leader messaging, interview-style footage, lab and office b-roll, and news-inspired visual elements to communicate the significance of the approval and the work behind it.

MY ROLE

As the Associate Producer, I supported the project across pre-production, production, and post-production. My work included production coordination, shoot support, asset organization, media wrangling, research support, and post-production workflow management.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Created call sheets
Captured production notes and tracked continuity during pre-production, production, and post-production.
Worked with the creative production team to capture b-roll, props shots, artwork shots, Fair Use shots, script notes, and shot list details.
Supported production crews with load-in and strike.

Coordinated production meetings, status updates, production notes, task lists, and post-project documentation.
Wrangled all media assets after the shoot and organized video content for post-production use.
Worked with editors and tape operators to support highlights, b-roll, montages, and platform-ready deliverables.
Managed video databases and archives to source necessary content for broadcast, digital, and social platforms.

Assisted with production-related needs during the shoot.
Collaborated with Production and Post-Production teams to source and clear required assets, including music, stills/images, and clips.
Reviewed cuts for brand standards, content integrity, tone, and pacing.
Participated in brainstorms around casting, storylines, creative direction, and approved project concepts.
