As the Associate Producer, I supported the project across pre-production, production, and post-production. This included coordinating travel logistics for the Boston shoot, supporting crew and equipment needs, assisting on set, organizing media assets, and helping prepare materials for the editorial team.

• Coordinated with the Senior Producer to prepare the right crew for the Boston production.

• Helped manage travel logistics, including hotel bookings and meal planning for the four-day shoot.

• Confirmed production gear, equipment, and shoot materials were ready before filming.

• Assisted on all four shoot days with lighting support, interview room setup, and production needs.

• Helped the DP capture office and lab b-roll.

• Managed release forms for clients and talent during production.

• Supported production organization, including scripts, b-roll, graphics, assets, and shoot notes.

• Wrangled video and audio media after the shoot and uploaded assets to Evolphin Zoom for archiving.

• Sent signed release forms to the DAM librarian for processing and documentation.

• Supported the post-production workflow by helping organize production elements for easy editor access.
