PROJECT DESCRIPTION

This interview-driven corporate video was produced as part of the BARDS Zero Gravity project. The video features scripted talent and interview-style footage captured in a controlled studio environment, using teleprompter support, lighting, green screen setup, slate operation, and organized post-production workflows to support a polished final deliverable.

MY ROLE

As a Production Assistant and Media Wrangler, I supported the project from shoot preparation through final asset delivery. My work focused on production logistics, teleprompter operation, lighting and green-screen support, slating, media wrangling, asset organization, editor support, and tracking deliverables throughout the post-production process.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Assisted with production logistics to ensure shoot needs, gear requirements, and setup details were ready before filming.
Operated the teleprompter and made live script adjustments during production.
Supported lighting setup, green screen setup, and studio production needs.

Slated takes during filming to support post-production organization.
Wrangled all recorded video and audio media after the shoot wrapped.
Gathered, organized, and distributed video assets for assigned production tasks.

Worked with editors and tape operators to support highlights, b-roll, montages, and platform-ready video content.
Managed video assets, databases, and archives to help source necessary content.
Tracked content deliverables, feedback rounds, approvals, and final asset delivery across multiple projects.
