25 Years of Pride: The Rainbow Alliance Story is a corporate storytelling piece celebrating the history, community, and impact of Merck / MSD’s Rainbow Alliance. Created to mark the organization’s 25th anniversary, the video highlights LGBTQ+ employee experiences, community-building efforts, Pride-related engagement, and the ongoing importance of inclusion and belonging across the company.

I worked closely with producers, production leadership, editors, and internal stakeholders to keep the production organized, camera-ready, and moving on schedule.
The goal of the video was to commemorate the Rainbow Alliance’s 25-year history while creating an engaging and emotionally resonant story about LGBTQ+ inclusion at Merck / MSD.
